  • Mail carriers are experiencing a higher volume of packages due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic and also the recent staff shortages. Please allow an additional 2-3 weeks for shipping transit times within the US, and 3-6 weeks internationally. Thanks for your patience!
  • People with allergies: we have a cat in the shop! We try our best to keep the area clean, but please be aware that you may get a stray cat hair.

 

✦ STICKERS 

All stickers are printed on high quality vinyl in either a glossy or matte finish, and are water resistant. They are also easily removable with little to no residue. 

STICKER TIPS FOR NON-FLAT SURFACES

Stickers will stick best to flat surfaces. Here are some tips when sticking to non-flat surfaces i.e. water bottles:

  • Clean the area thoroughly and ensure it is dry before attempting to stick.
  • Double and triple check the desired sticking area. Peeling and re-peeling will reduce the stickiness of the sticker. 
  • Peel sticker and press in place for 5-10 minutes.

✦ SIZING DETAILS ✦

Please read item descriptions before purchasing. Measurements are listed in the item description for all products. Most stickers are ~2.25 inches on the longest side.

SHIPPING & SHIPPING TIME ✦

Economy ($0.99): Snail mail! NO tracking.
Standard ($6.90): Tracking provided.

 

Economy and Standard packages will arrive around the same time. The main difference is that Standard shipping will include tracking. Untracked Economy packages may get lost by USPS and this is the risk you accept when choosing Economy!

Please check your tracking number for an estimated delivery date. Current processing time will be regularly updated and listed on the shop banner, at the top of this FAQ page, and in your confirmation email. I typically fulfill orders throughout the week and drop off on Saturdays in order to reduce my trips to the P.O.

For example, if you get a notification on a Wednesday, most likely I’ve packed it to be ready for my typical weekend drop off, but it will not start moving until that weekend at the earliest.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Please note that international orders with tracking will first be marked "DELIVERED" to the international hub in the US where it will get flown out of the country. This does not mean your package has been delivered, rather your package is most likely on/will be on a plane! Tracking should update again once it is in your country.

Buyer is responsible for any extra import/customs fees.

✦ MISSING/DELAYED PACKAGE ✦

  • Please allow an additional 2-5 weeks before reporting a missing/stuck package due to the COVID-19 pandemic and P.O. staff shortages. 
  • If we agree on a replacement, we will do 1 courtesy replacement before you will need to re-purchase your order.
  • Check that your shipping address was correct. If any of the information was provided incorrectly, we can re-send the order as long as shipping is covered by the customer. 
  • Check your local post office. They may be able to provide more information with your tracking number.
  • If the package is marked as "delivered" but is actually missing, please file a search request at https://www.usps.com/help/missing-mail.htm. Once USPS completes the request, we will determine a solution based on their findings.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES/CANCELLATIONS 

All sales are final. 

However, please email us if your order is damaged and/or missing and include all relevant information: order number, photos of products, your name. 

If your address is undeliverable and the package is returned to us, a partial refund minus shipping will be offered. 

CHARGEBACKS & DISPUTES

If you are unhappy for whatever reason, please contact me FIRST and I will do everything in my power to make it right! Please do not file a chargeback or file a dispute without contacting me as that really hurts small businesses like mine. If you file a chargeback or dispute without attempting to contact me, you will be blacklisted from the shop and all your future orders will be cancelled.

Please email us ASAP for combining orders and BEFORE to check if we can ship any expedited orders on time! We will do our best to accommodate any requests.
